General information:

Generally we offer accommodation for a minimum of 4 days normally from Saturday to Saturday; the cost per person is from € 14,00 to 20,00/person/day depending on the season. We ask € 10,00/person/week as a supplementary cost for the cleaning expenses and linnen. We can make a definite booking only if you send us written confirmation. Besides we ask a deposit of 30% of the total cost.

Regulations:

1) GENERAL INFORMATION: booking is confirmed by the owner only after receipt of deposit of 30% of the total rent. The balance must be paid on arrival. In the computation of the letting period, the number of days is the some of the overnight stays. There is no right or rent's reduction by departure in advance or deferred arrival. Previous agreements are required for arrival and departures not included in the period. If the reserved premises are not occupied by the guest within 6 p.m. of the day after the agreed date, without prompt notifying the owner, the lodging will be considered vacant and the deposit will be retained.
2) ARRIVAL: the lodging is available for occupation between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. on the day of the arrival. The apartment can only be occupied by the number of persons specified on the booking form. In order to occupy the premises, the guest must show his documents and give details of the number of occupants. The owner reserves its right to inspect the apartment, The apartment is completely furnished and includes kitchen, refrigerator, gas range, blankets and pillows, but not sheets, table cloth and linen. The client is called upon to treat the rented premises with due care and to inform immediately the owner of any damage or breakage. A security must be paid on arrival, which will be returned on departure after a control of the apartment.
3) DEPARTURE the apartment must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of the departure and must be left clean and in good state.
4) CANCELLATION Cancellation from the client must arrive always with written communication. It is valid the data of the arrival of the postal stamp. The cancellation communicated until 30 days prior to the booking's date gives rights to reimbursement of 50£ of the deposit. The cancellation communicated at a succeeding date determines the loss of the given deposit.
WARNING General tenancy rules must be respected especially quietness from 1.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. and from 23.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m. The owner does not assume any responsibility for eventual missing precious goods or money that the tenant has kept in the lodging. Dogs are not allowed. At the departure the flat must be left in order as it was found
